I set up Earth Converse as a leadership collaborative to reflect how I co-create with clients and partner with similarly aligned agencies. And see it as small enough to offer depth, presence and close attention and flexible enough to expand when needed.
As founder, I lead all engagements personally. Where appropriate, I collaborate with highly experienced coaches and facilitators drawn from an international network developed through years of partnership with organisations such as Common Purpose, Lane4 (now part of EY), Impact International, and business networks including The Argonauts.
