I set up Earth Converse as a leadership collaborative to reflect how I co-create with clients and partner with similarly aligned agencies.  And see it as small enough to offer depth, presence and close attention and flexible enough to expand when needed.

As founder, I lead all engagements personally. When you make the call, I am the one answering. Where appropriate, I collaborate with highly experienced coaches and facilitators drawn from an international network developed through years of partnership with organisations such as Common Purpose, Lane4 (now part of EY), Impact International, Original Intelligence and business networks including The Argonauts.

Engaging with Earth Converse brings together aliveness and practicality.

The work integrates strategy, leadership development, coaching, mindfulness and nature-based practice to support whole-person leadership – leadership that is:

  • inwardly grounded

  • relationally skilled

  • outwardly in service of life

This is not leadership development as a one-off intervention. It is developmental work designed to meet leaders where they are – and support their next leap.

Across all contexts – whether coaching executives one-to-one, facilitating strategic dialogue at the United Nations, or leading retreats in nature – my role is consistent: to create the conditions in which insight, courage and wise action can emerge.

The three engagement pathways we guide leaders are:

 

Leading Self

One-to-one executive coaching: supporting leaders to strengthen inner authority, clarity and resilience – particularly in moments of pressure, transition or complexity.

A typical engagement would extend 3 – 6 months.

 

Leading Others

Team offsites and retreats: working with teams to build trust, strengthen relationships, improve communication and create the conditions for wise performance and learning.

A typical engagement would include design, preparation, retreat delivery (2-4 days) and integration.  Depending on your needs, it may include 1:1 discovery calls with each team member and evaluation.

 

Leading Big

Individualised regenerative leadership programmes: supporting senior leaders, founders and change-makers to lead with greater systemic awareness, coherence and impact.

These intensive and extensive programmes can extend up and beyond 12 months, co-created with you.
