One of the most under-estimated forms of leadership is what happens in those moments when we go from coping to consciously self-leading. When we press our own reset button and engage in life as a co-creator rather than hurdles to overcome.

This is a weekly online ritual and reset practice space – like going to the gym for your inner life –  to help you stay connected, inspired and resourceful as we begin in 2026.

Under the skilful guidance of Earth Converse founder and international leadership coach, Penelope Mavor, each session offers the space, structure, support and stimulus to build your self-leadership muscle:

  • from reacting to co-creating with life
  • from knowing what helps but not doing it to having the capacity to choose differently
  • from being hijacked by stress to regulating yourself from the inside out
  • from treating yourself as a problem to fix to relating to yourself as an intelligent system
  • from consuming insight to embodying wisdom
