Earth Converse operates as a leadership collaborative – intentionally small enough to offer depth, presence and close attention, and flexible enough to draw on a trusted network when work calls for it.
As founder, I lead all engagements personally. Where appropriate, I collaborate with highly experienced coaches and facilitators drawn from an international network developed through years of partnership with organizations such as Common Purpose, Lane4 (now part of EY), Impact International, and business networks including The Argonauts.
