Spending time alone is important for our creativity and healing. To be solo in nature is even more so. Transformative for our sense of connection, belonging and perspective. Yet, many of us feel disconnected from our very home, the planet. As a way of helping us reconnect with ourselves, and nature, I often guide a small group to undertake a 2-hour solo. Since Covid19 lockdown, this has also been run virtually.
